Welcome to the beautiful Villa Nikola! | ||
| Villa Nikola is new and fully equipped with a large garden and 48m² pool in a calm neighborhood in Lašići. The fantastic view reaches in the west to the Adriatic Sea around Poreč, to the north to the mountains of Italy and Slovenia as well as the beautiful Croatian cities of Grožnjan and Buje. The historic Parenzana is only a few meters away and gives hikers and mountain bikers a fantastic introduction to the Istrian mountain bike routes. | ||

About the House | ||
| The central area of the house is the upper floor with a spacious living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. The door next to the open kitchen leads to a terrace and the rear garden and pool area. Also an extra barbecue area can be found in the garden. A bedroom with a private bathroom completes the upper floor. If you want to retreat, you can either visit one of the two bedrooms with double beds, each with its own spacious bathroom, on the ground floor or enjoy one of the two bedrooms on the top floor (one double bed, once two single beds) with a shared bathroom. On the top floor there is a small reading corner with games in the hallway. | ||

| It is a new house with a completely redesigned garden and pool. The present pictures were taken in December 2019, so they do not show the garden in all its summer glory. By the beginning of the season in May 2020, everything will be perfectly prepared. Where the regionally typical red clay soil can still be seen in the pictures, green lawn will grow and the pool will shine in a magnificent blue. The loungers and parasols will not be missing either. And if you have any special requests, you can let us know at any time. Maybe we can also respond to one or the other wish. Because it is important to us that our guests feel comfortable in the house and enjoy their vacation in beautiful Istria to the fullest! | ||
